What Martha, sit can do
Everyone sees just the part they need. Find your role at church and see which features you’ll use. The videos show the app in action.
Every team member
Join your church and you’re ready to go. Nothing to set up.
Open the app and see when you serve
Home lists your upcoming serving. Tap a day to see who’s serving with you.
Get notified when you’re scheduled
You get a notification when you’re added to or removed from serving, plus a reminder every Monday evening for the week ahead. Choose which ones you get and when in Notifications.
People who arrange serving
Admins, plus team members assigned as a service or ministry lead. For example, the worship team lead schedules the worship team.
Arrange several weeks at once
Arrange serving puts several weeks in one table. No one gets notified while you work. When you’re finished, tap Done, and each person gets just one notification.
Drag to swap
Press and hold a cell, then drag it to another week of the same role. The two weeks’ people swap places. Tap Undo to switch them back.
Also
- When you pick someone, people who have served in that role are listed first, along with how many times they’re already scheduled this month.
- Have a schedule on paper or in Excel? Take a photo to import it, make any fixes, then save.
- Leads can add and remove team members on their own. See Getting started as a lead.
Small group leaders
Once an admin turns on Attendance, each small group can fill in how many came to each meeting.
Add team members to your group
Pick people from the whole church list and tap to add them. Added the wrong person? Tap Remove.
Set when you meet
Pick a day every week or every other week. You’re only asked for attendance on meeting days.
Fill in attendance
If no one has filled it in by 9 p.m. on the meeting day, the small group leader gets a reminder. You can also note when you didn’t meet.

Admins
Whoever creates the church is its admin, and can make others admins later.
Send one link, and your team joins
Create an invite link and send it to your team’s LINE group. Team members open it, sign in, and they’re in.
Getting started: create your church and invite your team
Also
- Give team members a church role: admin, pastor, office, service lead, ministry lead, or small group leader. Each role spells out what it can do.
- Connect Google Calendar to see events alongside your services. You can arrange serving for events, too.
- Send schedule changes to your church’s own tools, for example to LINE through n8n.
